Dr. Alexander Stephens

Director of Operations

Born and raised in Nashville, Dr. Alexander Stephens has consistently sought opportunities to be of service to all people. Continuing within that spirit, he now serves as the Director of Operations and is tasked with bringing in unified systems and solutions to streamline processes and promote organizational effectiveness. 

Prior to this role, Dr. Alexander spent 3 years in State government service: first within administration in the Department of Revenue and then as a management consultant for the state’s internal consulting office. In addition to this, Dr. Alexander brings international experience having served in a project management role within an international faith-based nonprofit and prior to that serving as the executive director for a nonprofit operating in the Philippines. Dr. Alexander obtained his Doctor of Education degree in leadership and professional practice from Trevecca Nazarene University with his dissertation focusing on conflict management and leadership within international faith-based nonprofits. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Memphis as well as Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville double majoring in Political Science and Philosophy.

In addition to these merits, Dr. Alexander Stephens is a licensed and ordained minister and serves within leadership at his church. He is married to the beautiful Michelle Stephens and they have an amazing son, Kelvin.
