Cammy Aguilar
Regional Director, Middle Tennessee
Cammy Aguilar is a seasoned faith-based leader, events producer, and community builder with over 20 years of experience mobilizing people and purpose across ministry, outreach, and statewide initiatives.
As Regional Director for Middle Tennessee under the Governor's Faith-Based and Community Initiative, Cammy serves as a vital connector between churches, civic leaders, and state efforts to serve Tennessee’s most vulnerable populations. She played a key role in launching EveryChild TN, a statewide campaign focused on improving outcomes for at-risk children, including producing the public kickoff event at the Fisher Center for Performing Arts at Belmont.
Rooted in a deep calling to serve children and families, Cammy has spent her career leading large-scale outreach efforts, developing youth-focused programming, and creating purpose-filled spaces where communities can gather, grow, and heal. Her background spans from writing and directing original faith-based musicals to overseeing artistic ministries and mentoring young talent in both California and Tennessee.
Now based in Nashville, Cammy continues to fuse creativity with service — equipping faith leaders, producing impactful events, and building bridges that empower communities. Her work is grounded in a simple but powerful mission: to lead with purpose, serve with heart, and help others find hope and belonging.
