Kathleen Clancy is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience championing initiatives that empower children and families to thrive. Most recently serving as Development Director for Nurses for Newborns of Tennessee, she brings expertise in strategic planning, program development, and performance measurement.

Kathleen has a proven track record of driving organizational growth, fostering meaningful community engagement, and implementing programs that deliver measurable outcomes for vulnerable populations, including teen mothers, infants, and youth in or transitioning from foster care.

Her career reflects a deep commitment to creating sustainable, community-centered solutions to address complex social challenges. Driven by a passion for improving lives, Kathleen is devoted to ensuring every child in Tennessee has the opportunity to flourish. She resides on the east side of Nashville with her husband, Nathan Clancy, and their two daughters.
