Brenton Collyer

Brenton Collyer brings more than 20 years of experience working with faith-based organizations and local churches – helping leaders build strong teams and strategic vision. His work is grounded in developing people, strengthening systems, and aligning vision with execution.

After 15 years as an Associate Pastor, he founded a leadership development company where he’s partnered with over 40 nonprofit organizations nationwide. Through coaching and strategic guidance Brenton helps clarify direction, improve team dynamics, and build structures that support long-term effectiveness.

After moving to Tennessee in 2021, Brenton felt a clear call to invest more deeply in the communities around him. He joined the GFBCI team in the fall of 2025 and is passionate about supporting those who serve Tennessee’s most vulnerable. He lives south of Franklin with his wife Danya Collyer, and their two daughters.
